Sorry, got excited/confused about the jets talk..wont happen again..thanks to Garnett for making me aware of my mistake

    :)

    No problem :-)

Nope. I refuse to root for teams from these cities:

Boston- I find most of their fans annoying, expect Nathan of course!

Thanks It's fun to talk trash with you too...and most people, here anyway, don't get into personal stuff about teams either, which is nice.

Anyway, back to the playoffs! Atlanta leads Detroit 30-16 at the end of the first quarter...this is Atlanta's first game ever in the playoffs, and they are demolishing the Shock in Detroit!

I think I'll jump the ATL bandwagon. They are only 4 hours from me, so what the heck?

The Shock win game 1 by a final of 94-89, I believe. Series shifts to Atlanta for game 2 on Saturday, I believe.

Second game of the doubleheader has begun - Sparks lead the Storm 8-2 with 4:30 to play in the first quarter.

Rather watch the Nationals play the Pirates in a series than WNBA :/

Sparks lead 22-6 at the end of the first quarter - the Storm didn't make their first field goal until there were only 7 seconds left in the quarter.
