The Cleveland Cavaliers and free-agent forward Rob Kurz have come to an agreement on a non-guaranteed contract. The Cavaliers only have 12 guaranteed contracts for the 2009-10 season, so Kurz has a great shot at making the final roster if he plays well in the preseason.
