    Terms used by traders and values????

    Can anyone clear this up. Is the term HI-end determined on seller value, book value or buyer value. The amount in dollars of Hi-end is????? Mid end is????? and low-end is?????? I tried to figure this out but I need some answers. Would help new traders also and may help older trades also.?????????
