Does anyone know how far back they will compensate you, like for a product from a couple years ago like this?
Anyways I'm going to go start a thread for my 07-08 SP Rookie Edition break while I take a few minute break

Oof...not sure how far back they'll go, but it can't hurt to call them and see if they'll send you something...hope they do, as your 2 hits from this box weren't great...the Lebron base cards were almost better than the GU and auto...lol

Yeah, since it's the weekend I sent an email to their customer care since they don't have a form to fill out as I can see so we'll see what they say. I'll call if I don't get a response by Tues or so I guess.

Contacted UD by email Friday and phone today, they are having me send in the UPC and the hologram and said they will do something for me, so we shall see, will send out tomorrow so I don't expect a resolution for at least another couple weeks, I will include any updates in this post though. First time I've ever been gipped something in a hobby box (well I got gipped on a cabinet box topper from Murad once) so hopefully it all ends well.

Well the replacement came, I will just say a couple things. A.) I wasn't expecting too much here B.) I at least thought it would be a BASKETBALL card C.) I at least thought it would be a relevant player form any sport who hadn't just sat out a season inured D.)
Oh well, here is the replacement, I know it's better BV wise than probably 85% of the rookie autos etc. from 06-07 SP authentic basketball, but seriously? I would think about complaining but I got a Jeremy Maclin out of my box of SPx triple patch auto #'d to 25 or less I forget now, and it was mangled to all heck so I had to send that in too (I was promised a equal/comparable BV rookie or veteran card to replace it, we'll see) so I don't want to anger the UD gods until I get that:
I had heard so many good stories of people being "taken care of" by UD in situations like this I was really hopeful too. I also got a nice one page "apology letter" pretty much saying it wasn't their fault becuase the hits are based on odds. I understand the law of averages with hits, but this was a box that literally said 2 autos and 1 gu gauranteed, nothing about on average. So add injury to insult that they sent me the letter essentially scolding me about complaining lol.
I'm really not angry persay I just think it's dissapointing and kinda funny so I thought I'd share my experience, again I know alot of people have had great replacement experiences etc. so oh well.
