    That is a mid 90's issue from one of the Parkhurst sets - 1994 Parkhurst Tallboys Greats. BV is $20.

    Yup, it's a 12 card insert set - 6 were available in CDN wax 6 in American. Details on page 207 of the 2009 Beckett yearly. There's a full description including that they were designed to mimmick the 51-52 Parkhurst design and perforated to be punched out. 1000 Copies of each were produced but not numbered. Prices drop dramatically if punched out from the background.
