I think you should buy a case of 2009-10 and don't open it...Sell the case in two or three years and you'll be making some pretty good money!
If you want to bust/open something though, I'd say go with 2009-10 also...2008-09 is horrible!
Good luck on whatever you decide to do!

08-09 Exquisite Sucks? Answer...
...yes. It does. At least in my opinion. Of course, everyone that got a hot box, or a Rose ARP, or a Logoman, would disagree, but they are the exception from all the breaks I watched. When you get a "case hit" Jordan auto and are lucky to see $400 back from your $1850 case with the card, the product, on the whole, blows - from a strictly investment point of view. The cards are beautiful, but I don't see there's a lot of solid "value" there for those that won't keep every card and I think the breaks bear this out, for the most part.

Exactly. And I'd like to add....
Collectors are realizing that UD's production of "limited" Exquisite patch/autos has finally outpaced the crazy demand. Prices on the secondary market are so low that even the "A" hits don't justify case prices.
As far as investment, there are much better ways to invest money long term than sports cards in an overproduced market since 1987 (over 20 years now, I'm getting old). The real gold rush happened has already happened in the early 90's. The only people that clean up now are the old timers cashing out with their HOF RC's or the ones pulling the MJ and Lebron 1/1's, and that's nothing more than a lottery.

Im thinking about buying two cases of 09-10, open one and sit on one. Hold it for maybe a year or two, or even longer. Being the last one it should be hot property in the coming years.
