I only watched about half of the top one....just a few points though.
First off, Maddow was talking about Republican members of congress and those in the media, it's a lot different than dumbdonkey protesters. (Im sure some dumb democratic politicians have said idiotic things but just talking about this video)
Second, about a handful of those pictures displaying Bush as Hitler (or others) were from other countries around the world.
Im not saying that there isn't hypocrisy, (on both sides) Im just saying that is a terrible video to make your point.

I thought they could be from other countries too, but they are all in English. I cant identify any of them as not being from America. Regardless, most of them are.
It makes perfect sense to me. Maddow and the Network he represents are the #1 promoter and cause of those signs.....I may agree with you though. are you suggesting that Maddow and MSNBC have sunk so low that they dont even count as the media anymore. i would agree with you there. It could only be hypocricy if they were the media.......so, I guess i was wrong. Still, the Handful of Far left congresspeople that are low enough to be seen on that network are certainly guilty.

Shouldn't be that big of a shock. The liberal media has created an atmosphere for the last 8 years where you should be against the President and say hateful things about him and continue to the push the envelope to points where it never went before in discussions and protests.
Now that the guy they voted for is in office they play it down like it never happened and instead of actually trying to defend his health care plan which is garbage they call anybody who doesn't support it racists and hateful people for comparing somebody to Hitler.
Anybody notice why nobody is making a big deal of the amount of troops we are losing each day in Afghanistan? Because Obama is now in charge. Before they had tickers totaling the amount of deaths and it was a big deal. Now let's ignore it and instead interview a celebrity or talk about Michael Jackson.
BTW Fox does it as well. If you disagreed with Bush on things like the Patriot Act you were called a terrorist. Now they want you to basically riot against the government as a duty. Side note Obama has done nothing to stop the Patriot Act but Fox won't tell you that because they like it and the other networks won't tell you because they want you to think Obama is perfect and never does anything wrong or Bush like even though he does on a daily basis.Selling all my cards here updated as of July------------> Hidden Content

I think part of that is also the fact that it's not news any more. Even towards the end of the Bush admin, soldier deaths weren't getting near the attention they had early on. Not defending the media in any way, I think they're causing most of the problems, but this one I can't blame fully on them.

exactly, years and years of soldiers dying, we've all become numb to it being more a current fact of life that it will continue to happen than a newsworthy announcement

The deadliest month ever for US Forces in Afghanistan isn't newsworthy? Oh right it has nothing to do with Michael Jackson so it isn't news.
See Obama was suppose to be the anti war candidate who did something about Iraq and Afghanistan (not like Bush or McCain) but he hasn't done squat and the media doesn't want to point that out because people will then question what he is doing. Don't need to bring attention to his flaws because then that would hurt him in the polls.
The majority of people who hated Bush in this country and worldwide hated him because of his "unjust wars". Well Obama has continued them and we don't hear a peep from them about it because the media has decided for you that it isn't newsworthy.

I agree with your points, believe me...I'm the first to point those things out...well ok, second after Titan. And I'm not saying it isn't newsworthy...I'm just saying people hearing "X number of soldiers were killed in Iraq/Afghanistan today/this week/this month" is basically ignored now because people have been hearing the same thing for 8 years now.
Trust me, I'm not sticking up for the media...I was crying bias 9-10 years ago and it's only gotten worse.
