Yes, jerseys used in Cup ARPs are photoshoots. They have cities and names stitched all over them. That is a legit patch. Breakawaycards on ebay is logopatchcards on here. He breaks hundreds of cup cases.

That patch is 100% legit. On the photoshoot jerseys Philadelphia Flyers is written on the back of the jersey too in small letters. Theres tons of these patches in Cup RCs, I had three robbie earls that had small letters from Toronto Maple Leafs.
Whenever you see these they are all from these photoshoot jerseys and are all 100% real.

Stoooopid....I was not aware that the photoshoot jerseys had that crap all over them...I thought the only differences on them was the year of the draft numbers that they had on them. Wow...ok...my focus on what I like out of my cards keeps getting narrower and narrower...real game used stuff and nice autos...

Yeah its kinda stupid hey, well I mean at least for the player collectors it looks nice instead of a solid 1clr patch from a photoshoot, but yeah I know what u mean, bit rediculous people pay 100s of dollars for a jersey that was put on for 5 seconds, photo taken, then cut up and put into the card. For 400$ a pack you would expect GAME worn IMO , as hard as that might be. I think I would rather a juniors jersey patch from the player that was actually game worn than a current NHL team photoshoot

Well I mean for The Cup u can tell too, if someone is going to fake it they are going to make it look rediculous, if its a simple 2 or 3clr, then ur 99% of the time good

I think everyone is becoming paranoid. This person has 100% feedback over 7000 deals so really your questioning their integrity on the internet? The member is well respected and breaks cases upon case of The Cup from all years.

To be calling out breakaway cards is complete ludicrous, I don't even know the guy but would guarantee a man who busts tonnes (hundreds) of cases of cup isn't in the business of faking patches, these are the result of "phony" extra letters stitched on photoshoot jerseys to increase the patches tht can be used. Blame the card company don't call out a respected member such as him. The pacioretty might be a ranger piece, but that is an error u might want to talk to the card company about. I'm bidding on his absolutely sick Ryan jones cup rc, gonna tell me that is fake? No. Because cup cards, especially that year, had a lot of very nice patches

Every nice patch is being questioned now without evidence, and eBay members and members here are being unnecessarily thrown under the bus

I no way was I trying to offend anyone. I know they were a good seller...I was just saying that a clear letter that made no sense to me being on a patch card seemed questionable, especially if the colors were wrong...would that not seem fishy? I was aware that photo shoot jersey's were used, just not that they put all sorts of stupid patches of the city and team name all over them just so they have enough patches.
I would not buy, and automatically question a patch card that clearly shows the letter S in colors not used for lettering on a Buffalo Sabres Nathan Gerbe Cup ARP. Just saying...and again, my mistake.
