A bit late to answer, but that logo doesn't look right. The black "Sens" jersey which has the senator on the shoulder patch looks nothing like that.
I'm pretty sure that's a fake and it looks too good to be true anyways.

The back says memorabilia used in a photo shoot. Could be a piece of the hat and still be real.

Came across this last night doing a random search and that patch material is not even close to what a feather patch should look like.

The seller states in the item description that it's an altered card, so he's not trying to pull anything over on a buyer.
I actually really like that card, even with the fake patch, but I don't know how much I'd feel comfortable paying.

Nice job.... I was looking at this card earlier today an though it was altered just by the way the feather patch is "ruffled" around the corners where it was folded in.
