It's being passed of as news by the live reporter in front of it.
If you are going to comment on a video you should really watch the video being discussed.

Here's how it works:
1.Beck talks about the "rally" for days, telling people WHEN and WHERE to be
2.Drooling mobs of people show up and cheer when they are TOLD to for the cameras
3.Live reporter stands in front of mob and tells the tv audience "look at all these real Americans that showed up! Hey wow they are cheering! This is so spontaneous!!!"

This is what Beck does, gets easily angry people riled up and sells them back their anger
in a way that makes them better about themselves and feel part of some larger purpose.

and nothing, not one bit of it, is NEWS...it's commentary and it's all on foxnews as "news"

Sounds like any campaign rally or politician giving a speech.. Tell the people where to show up and the people who support you are going to be the ones showing up

It's no different - in fact it's the EXACT SAME THING... only fox pretends to be a news station and calls themselves FAIR & BALANCED. But you are dead on - it's the exact same thing as a political rally...and that's the problem. It's SUPPOSED to be impartial.

I watch FOXnews and MSNBC, but I dont watch shows like Beck and Rachel Maddow and those type of shows.
Just for the fact that everything coming out of the mouths of these people is either extreme right or left wing trash, I cant stand these shows.

Same here. I used to watch Hannity and Beck, but Hannity is almost as bad as the MSNBC nightly lineup and Beck just gets on my nerves.
