It's just a $10 gift certificate. If you buy something for less then the balance of the gift certificate can be used for shipping.

so some of the 10 dollars is supposed to be used for shippnig? or if u by something for 10 dollars then u must pay the extra shipping? is this right?

Yeah, you can buy what you want whether it be something $8.95 or something $79.95. The certificate will take the first $10 off of your total.
