Too Late to Send To Current MLB Players?

Is it too late to send to active MLB players via their home team since there is only a few weeks left in season? Pretty new to this so unsure if it is good idea or not.

If the team is going to be in the playoffs I don't think so. I sent a couple last week to some real good signers, but have only got 1 so far and if you do send it I write "forwarding service requested" on the envelope with hopes they will forward it to the player's home if their season is over, however I have no idea if writing that really matters!

I maybe too late if you want something returned soon. If time is not an issuse then sent it and you will be one of the first ones for next season. I'm not really into baseball but they might have OTAs and get their mail then.

I would wait until next year. You barely have enough time left for a good homestand from the teams that finish up at home.

Thanks for feedback. I think I'll save my stamps for home addys for now. Don't want to have mail lost due to free agents/trades before next season. Maybe I'll even do a ST mailing. I guess I should get those out a week or so before ST starts? Man I feel like a Rookie!

Woooo hold on there is still some baseball players that you may want to target! The Arizona Fall League has the most prospects per capita that you will ever see! You may want to mail to a few of your teams biggest prospects there before they hit it big! The current guys in the Bigs? I would wait for them till spring!

Thanks man! Just checked AZL rosters and only really recognize 1 or 2 guys, but did see a few coaches I need also. Might have to either make customs (probally hard unless they had major experience) or send index cards.
