    Best Group Break Team

If you were breaking a 2009 box in a group break what is the best team to pick?

My thoughts were Jets, Eagles, Giants

I think it all depends on the product being broken. If the product is largley rookie oriented with only a few veteran hits then you may want to take your chance on a team with a reasonably hot rookie or two (Jets, Lions, 49ers, Broncoes, etc). If the product has a healthy mix of veteran hits as well as rookies consider the teams that will most likely feature the most hits in the particular product. For example, unless you are diehard Rams collector, its probably not the best choice in a group break. How many Rams are going to have hits featured in this years product? Not many at all...maybe only steven Jackon!! The Lions on the other hand may be a good choice. You may have a chance of hitting stafford, C.Johnson, Pettigrew, or maybe even a rare Barry sanders!

I would have to go with the Eagles (may be a little bias haha) But you have 2 solid rookies (McCoy and Maclin). Sometimes they include some 2nd year stuff (Desean jackson). THey also have a chance of hitting stars (McNabb and Westbrook.)

I took the 49ers for Absolute Memorabilia. It seems like a ton of their stuff has been pulled. Im hoping for a nice Crabtree, Coffee, or Davis. There have been a lot of Frank Gores too.

Anyone interested in getting in on this Absolute group break, PM me. We are not allowed to conduct one on these boards, but there are a few people interested already and we are putting one together off site. Message me for details.
