Sergei Kostitsyn Sent to Hamilton
After showing up to camp out of shape, getting yelled at by the coach, and performing like the Invisible Man for much of the preseason, Sergei Kostitsyn is going back to the Bulldogs. He got busted down to Hamilton last year for behaving as though he was entitled to be in Montreal despite being only in his sophomore year, and this is probably strike two. He needs to buy into the philosophy and system of the new staff and get a real work ethic going or else he's going to find himself squeezed out and may have to look elsewhere. Personally, if Gainey were to find a new home and a good return, ship both him and Andrei out of town.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

It's KHL or bust for Sergei. He's put himself in a bad spot, and unless his attitude improves dramatically I see him in a Metallurg Magnitogorsk jersey to start the 2010-11 season.

I remember Grabovski saying something like "I will wait for him [Sergei] in the streets" and "apparently he thinks he is French now, I am still Belarussian" or something like that.

That was priceless stuff.
Money quote: "I think he is not Belarussian now, he is French because I never fight with Belarussian guys," Grabovski said. "I don't know why he wants to fight with me. If he wants to fight, we'll go in the street and every minute of every day I'll wait for him and we'll fight."
That is some epic dramatic dialogue!
