First NBA Action on Television - October 10th
What I believe is the first action of the NBA season will air on TNT on October 10. The game will be between the Golden State Warriors and the Phoenix Suns.

Preseason ;-) Regular season begins on October 27th, I believe.

Yea.i am going to that game.Its another indoor game out here.Going to see anthony randolph.!hopefully i can get an autograph and pic out of it.!

you guys are lucky... i have to take an airplane if i want to see a game live
the last time i tried to go to a game, i was going to drive down to seattle, they were playing boston
then there was snow storm and I didn't get to go... : (

Well, it will be high scoring (or should be)...Nash and Amare can go back to the run-and-gun offense, and the Warriors have been one of the highest scoring teams in the league recently as well...should be an entertaining game!

Actually, local teams preseason games will be broadcast on local stations.
For example, my Bulls play the Pacers on Friday the 2nd on CSN+.
Most, if not all, of the local teams depending on where a person lives will be broadcast on local stations.
This may however be the first nationally televised NBA game of the season.
