    No kidding, that design doesn't fit for the 90s in any possible stretch of the imagination.

    It has to be 1997 Metal Universe. The space/underwater type theme Fleer used for this set was just hideous, and yet some people wonder why Fleer went out of business....It looks like Kevin Brown is being strangled by seaweed.
