well since i have over 7500 dolphins cards. I store base inserts and lower end stuff in pages and binders so i can look threw them when i want.
Anything w/ a BV over 10 or GU'ed or auto in in top loaders or snap tites.
I also display some of my more favorite cards around my desk.

I have my romo pc (autos/jerseys/patches/rookies all in magnetic holders, then each into a graded card sleeve to prevent scarthing on cases) Base cards, inserts/paralles and numbered cards are into toploders. Then I store them in bxoes.

I store my stuff in top loaders, or magnetic cases, then in a 1600 ct box (labeled), that way I can re-arrange my PC boxes as I want.

My coolest cards go into lucite holders that are displayed on my book shelf. I probably wouldn't recommend this if you're in this hobby as an investment, b/c I know that my autographs will eventually fade. I don't care though, b/c it gives me pleasure to see them everytime I go into my office.
Everything else that's decent, goes into penny sleeves, then top loaders, and finally into team bags, which are stored in shoe boxes. My low end stuff goes into pages and binders.
