First-year fantasy hoops player ... Just drafted ... Now need SCFer help!

Howdy all. Avid fantasy football and baseball player, and I gave basketball a shot once, but was stuck in a terrible league. Joined one again this year, drafted, and I'm ready to go.

Wondering if I could get some thoughts on my team, and where I may be able to improve. It's a points-based system with daily moves. Points are Games Played (GP)1; Field Goals Made (FGM)1; Free Throws Made (FTM)1; 3-point Shots Made (3PTM)3; Points Scored (PTS)2; Offensive Rebounds (OREB)1; Total Rebounds (REB)2; Assists (AST)2; Steals (ST)3; and Blocked Shots (BLK)3

Here's my team including bench players
    PG - Steve Nash
    PG - Rajon Rondo
    SG - Kevin Durant
    SG - Danny Granger
    G- Caron Butler
    SF - Rudy Gay
    SF - Jeff Green
    PF - Brook Lopez
    PF - Rasheed Wallace
    F - Boris Diaw
    C - Andruw Bynum
    C - Chris Kaman
    UTL - Kevin Martin
    UTL - Ray Allen
B - Manu Ginobli, Mike Bibby, Jason Thompson, Chris Duhon, Ramon Sessions and Richard Hamilton.

Looking to make a few steals off the waiver wire, but not sure who I should keep, or who I should get rid of.

So what do you guys think? Your help would be most appreciated

First off, moved this to the Fantasy Basketball forum...

Secondly, you have a stacked team...but, you could improve on shotblockers and offensive rebounders, IMO...I think you have shots, points, steals and assists pretty well covered, but are definitely lacking on bigs...you have Lopez and Bynum, who should give you decent numbers, but after that, noone else is really guaranteed...and you don't have any bigs on your bench either...I'd consider dropping Chris Duhon, since Nate Robinson is in New York, and picking up another big man...what bigs are on the waivers?

Chris Andersen had more blocks per 48 than Dwight Howard last year...he'd be a solid acquisition, but I'd lean more towards J O'Neal or Tyson Chandler, as they'll both be starters, and score in addition to getting boards and points...I'd probably lean more towards Chandler for now. Although, Ilgauskas could also be a good pickup if Shaq doesn't do well in Cleveland...quite a few decent bigs there, that's for sure!

How many teams are in the league, if you don't mind my asking?

Just six teams in the league.

So your expert opinion is to get rid of DuHon and pick up Chandler? I'm flying under your wing bro. Thanks for the help. Any more suggestions?

That explains why you have such a loaded roster!

I'm no expert (lol), but yeah, I'd drop Duhon and take Chandler...I think he'll be more productive at rebounds than Jermaine or Andersen would be...Andersen should probably still be available later on down the road too, so if you have an injury, you can always grab him later (most likely, anyway). Good luck!

I would guess that Durant was his #1 pick...that list is just ordered by position.
