2009 Topps Chrome mark sanchez Auto Patch 18/25 Damaged

About 45 min ago I pulled this card from a pack. I noticed that the bottom left corner is damaged on the back side and the top right back corner. Will topps Replace this for me or fix it? Should I just call topps and see what they can do? The last one on ebay sold for $385 I would like to sell it as soon as I can but dont know how long it take to get it back or if they will fix it. Any Ideas?

    Thanks
    JT

if you try to get a replacement through topps you could be waiting for months...so if youre trying to get some quick cash id say sell it on ebay with the damage described in the description

If you send the wrappers, receipt and box UPC Topps is fairly quick. They almost always turn them around in less than two weeks. However, with Topps you run the risk of horrible substitutions if they do not have any more.

If it's on the back, why do people really care?

Yes, Topps is by far the worst customer service in the business. Management is now inept and the hate for the customer shows in the staff. I had a "manager" call me on my home phone to scream at me for daring to escalate a problem to his boss. He was screaming and ranting so much I had to tell him to calm down. When he continued I just hung up. I never did get my two damaged autos replaced.

Something is definately broken at Topps.
