    Wow, my retail luck continues

Hey all, lately ive mainly been buying retail, because my local hobby shop is pricey, doesnt have a huge selection, and I just dont seem to get much.

so last night after work I headed on over to wal-mart in hopes of finding some 50% off topps treasury, no such luck, but I did pick up a pack of football, a pack of racing, and one 50%off blaster of 08-09 bowman dpp(glad I did).

The racing pack yielded a sp rookie card(I dont even like racing lol), the football pack yielded a dual rookie jersey card of kenny britt, and javon ringer.

And now for the blaster, only going to list the hits.

    1st pack had a george gervin x-fractor /299 nice.

no lie the second pack had a peja stojakovic blue border #'d /499 , and then a pretty sweet card, a Mo Williams red refractor, #'d 1/5, I was prety stoked, even if its not of the greatest player.

The the last pack contained a D.J. augustin orange paralell #'d 243/299
and a bowman relic jersey of Brandan Wright

all in all I'd say that its not a bad break for $9.99.

    All FT for lakers.

You know that's not bad really. I also had the itch to just buy something and bought a pack of racing cards and football at Wal-Mart even though I don't collect either b/c they didn't have any Basketball. I don't know what I pulled, I was just looking for any auto or #'d and since I didn't get any I just threw them away (lol).

lol, I actually pulled some pretty nice racing cards from retail, on impulse buys.
Ive never liked racing, but I know some of the stuff is pretty valuable, so everyonce in awhile I'll pick up a pack, or 50% off blaster, in fact I pulled a mark martin card that books for $80 a couple weeks ago, Im sure I'll be able to trade it for something I want.
