just to let you know the bv are not out yet. What you my want to do is compare for example:
Compare a 2003 topps rc of bv $5 with a 2004 topps rc bv of 5. Then see how much that card of that player booked chrome in 2003 and compare it to the card with the same bv of 2004.
ex
03 topps carson palmer booked $4 His chrome booked 25
04 topps kevin jones books $4 My guess for his chrome would be 20-25 depending on if 03 was inserted same as 04. This is my opinion only and just a guess.

Prices on these will not be out for a while so any suggestions on these are done by a personal BV.. If you dont think that they fit your range well enough, please dont bother to ask again.
Nebbie, Thanks for your help... I will second your bv or so.. Maybe saying 30 BV topps IMO
