I'd say this is a milestone...
Found out the day after my birthday that, well, my girlfriend's pregnant! This will be our first child. Not sure how to feel quite yet. I'm sure my card collection's going to take a hit. :(

I have 3 kids and another on the way. It seems like it is hard but is not. You just have to plan whatever you want to do. There is always going to be some money for your hobbies, but it is going to be a little bit less

Congrats man! I know exactly how you feel though...when my wife told me the first time, I think I was in shock for about 24 hours, completely in a funk. And she decided to come to my work to tell me no less, so I had to go back and finish my shift.
Your life is definitely changed, no doubt about it...and some of the change you won't like...but overall, it's so much fun. You never realize how much you can love another human being until you have a kid. And once they get old enough to play with you and horse around, you turn into a kid again...it's a blast.
Anyway, congrats again!
