2009 Topps Hobby/Jumbo Collections Q's
Hi everyone,
Just a few quick questions to a new era collector. I am only looking to collect a couple of years Topps 2009 and either Topps 2008 or 2010 not sure but leaning toward '08 season because I think the rookie class is a real keeper.
The last collection I did was Topps 1979 - 1981 and reacently sold my 1979 collection to help with my 2009 collection and ironically the first pack I opened had a really cool Joe Montana Post Season Patch....anyway.
I have a question about the Gold Paralle cads #d to 2009.
Are they a year to year collection?
The other question I have is today I finally got an autographed card but it isn't on the check list. The card is CBA-TC, Tashard Choice RB Dallas Cowboys. Is this card a fluke? because for a career best this guys stat totals are just ok for such a featered card. I hope someone will help me out.

tashard choice isnt that bad i got career best autos of Jacob Hester and Earl Bennett now those are some bad stats
I think the numbered ones started in 2007

The gold parallels they have been doing those the last few years and numbering them to the corresponding year, and they also have lower numbered parallels like black or platinum ones.

so if I am understanding you there are 2009 gold cards in this years set? I know there are 54 Black cards and I have yet to see a platinum card.

the platinums are 1/1 all the golds are #ed 2009 and are in this years set only- topps has done this for the last 3 years i think blacks are #ed 54- last year they were #ed 53 its how many years topps been in buniess. good set to go for heres this years topps reg-gold-black

and so on they been doing it for 3 or 4 years now
