Damaged Card
hey guys this is my first time recieving a high end card damaged from a pack of cards it is a 2008-09 The Cup Blake Wheeler /99 card the top right corner is dinged and creased on the front what should i do?

Call UD's Customer Service toll-free number and request a replacement. They should have replacement stock available for The Cup by now - you may not get another Wheeler, as it was one of the SP'd RCs, and they may ask you for a list of players you do collect in order to send a suitable replacement.

how do hand packed tins receive damaged cards in the first place????

Any number of things can happen after the tin is packed and the card goes in transit. Boxes get dropped, contents can shift, etc.
