WOW Really???
I can't believe this went for this high. It seems to me like it was a little much considering an ADRIAN PETERSON 3 Color Patch Auto 1/1 only went for $400. Maybe i'm wrong but what do you think?

What year is the Adrian Peterson? I don't know if this is considered one of Stafford's RC but with it being a first year card and a 1/1 plus a nfl shield to boot I'm not all that suprised. Stafford may not be great but he has "potential" written all over him which is what drives these insane prices.

yeah i hear ya, the hype probably has a lot to do with it. The AP was this year, i also found another one of him that was closer to only $200. It was just an example though, there are similar Sanchez's and even Peyton Mannings and Tom Bradys that went for much less. Just do a completed ebay search you will find them.

Its all about the RC! A 1/1 AP rookie shield logo would probably sell for twice that amount.

Also true, but the difference is, that AP has lived up to his hype, so he is well worth it. We will just have to wait and see what happens with Stafford.

The AP SP authentic nfl logo auto rookie not laundry tag went for 5k(bought by logopatchcards a member on Beckett) the 1st go around then 3300 second go around. I was outbid the 2nd time by 500..
