Is Topps good with replacing damaged cards?

On October 4, I opened a blaster of 08 Bowman and the 33 of the 36, including the Andre Caldwell jersey, was damaged. Then on my birthday, on October 8, I opened a 36 card pack of 09 Topps, along with other stuff, and got two damaged RC's, they were like 3rd and 7th round picks or something like that, not one of the like 3 or 4 1st round picks I pulled. I opened a claim with Topps like a week ago and am finally able to send it out tomorrow. What should I except to get back from Topps? Just replacements for the cards I sent? or maybe a "bonus" of some sort? Just curious because when I sent back like 14-18 08 UD base and RC's to Upper Deck, I got a couple of RC's, one being a McFadden RC SP, along with the new cards of the ones that got damaged.

    Let me know!
    Thank You!

I sent an email to their customer service. They opened a case thingy and I sent in the cards to the address they gave me. I got the cards back from them.
