Is there anything I can do about this? Topps Redemption...
I recently redeeemed a Gabe Pruitt auto, and today I recieved in the mail from Topps, a replacement. I am FAR from happy with this! Instead of a great PC card, I get an Alexander Johnson Auto, never mind the fact he's not even on the Celtics, but I've never even heard of him!! Is there anything I can do about this?

Call and complain to theri redemption department. Sometimes they will do something, sometimes not, but it is worth the try, if they say thay can't do anything, just ask for a manager, they can usually help you out better.

Does it matter if I am 13? Are you supposed to be 18+ to do any of this stuff?

I think doesn't matter what age you are, but it'll help if you can carry yourself in a mature manner. Might even work for your advantage if they feel bad for you since you are younger.
And if that doesn't work, it might be even better to ask one of your parent to call for you. No matter how 'kid friendly' the card companies make themselves out to be and how much they care about making a child happy, I think an adult will still be able to get more out of them.

nope, nothing you can do, if its the same value then your stuck, the stipulations on the back of redemptions state they may replace any card with an equal or greater valued card if the card being redeemed was never made

So contacting them will do nothing? Have you tried before?

Nope, they'll most likely tell you the same thing i did. they'll tell you they felt the replacement was fair, never done it before i've only redeemed 3 things, 2 of them i recieved in 3 weeks, the other i am waiting on

Heard of him, he was drafted in 2006-07 i believe by the Grizzlies, however his career was as successful as Pruitt
