    what should i do

    hey about a year or two ago is ent a redemption card to donruss classics for a autograph of an unknown player the card # was i belive either 112 or just 12 its been so long i can remember what should i do does anyone know there email address

    go to donruss.com anc check to see if they have customer service. When you sent it in did you insure it? They may claim that they never received it. Most redemptions take at most 3 months. If you insured it, and they say they never got it, you have to contact the post office.

    Donruss is ALWAYS very good about these sort of things.
    It happened to me once and they sent me a card sort of like the redemtion( BV equiv.) and a BRAND NEW BOX of leaf certified last year!
    I've never had a problem with these guys are Topps or Upperdeck,
    Fleers a different story though:S
