Now, I saw your card. I liked it. I was going to offer you a $250 Lebron auto for it. Then I re-read your horribly typed post, looked at the pictures again, and decided against it.
You set it on the table. That means to pick it up, you had to have damaged the edges of the card, or got a fingerprint on the refractor. It's impossible that the card is still mint.
I'll offer you an NBA auto valued at $150. PM me if you want it. If not, thanks for the look at the card. Sure is pretty.

What you'll notice is that he attempted to sell this same card earlier and he claims that another sold for $365, yet I can't find a listing of any others that even broke $250, and I have the valueguide for ebay on beckett.com.
$500 is overpriced. 350 is overpriced. 200-300 is reasonable. Also, Pujols stuff sells much better than half-book anyway. It's generally in the 65-80% range. Check any Pujols auto that sells on ebay and see what it books for, you'll see that same trend continue pretty consistently. Desirable cards, yes...worth $500 in trade...not a chance. Even if you said this was 65% of a "perceived" book value, you'd have a high book of $430 and this has gu.
Besides, you can see glue on the left edge of your sticker, the auto is clipped in 2 spots and the bottom right corner is dinged plus this one doesn't have any GU in the card either.
Nice card, but the only way I see you getting anywhere near $500 in trade is if you take the stack of 200 Jordan cards the other guy offered you. I'll give you $500 in GU for it...how's that?
Don't be surprised if you don't get what you're looking for in trade. We're just trying to point out what everyone else will look at before making an offer on this card. We're trying to help, not disparage your card, or belittle your collection or opinion. The fact is, the card isn't worth $500. If you want that, give it to your nephew and make the kid the happiest little kid on xmas day! I know I'd love to get that card in my stocking! :)
