MSF Rule Addition

Now is a good time for members to refresh themselves on the SCF rules. I've added an addition to the Must Send First (MSF) rule:

If a member with 20 or more feedback sends at the same time with a member with less than 20 feedback, that member waives his/her right to file a dispute on SCF.

I added this because we still have members with 20 or more feedback still sending at the same time to members with less than 20 feedback and in some cases zero feedback. Our dispute team puts in countless hours working disputes and don't have time to assist members who decide not to follow our MSF rule. If you you have more than 20 feedback and send first to another member with less than 20 feedback you are doing so at your own risk. Please do not file a dispute because it will be closed as soon as it is read.

Will this rule change only apply to the circumstance when a member with >20 FB deals with a member with <20 FB?

Or will this rule apply to all transactions with a person having a MSF tag? ie: trade A has <20 FB and traber B has >20 FB and a MSF tag. Or trade C has >20 FB and trader B has >20 and MSF tag
