This is Dirty Pool
This card here is obviously the check list yet this seller says in the first line that it's a Malkin YG, and then goes on and on in the description, finally pointing out in the very last line that it's #495.
I hate this and will do my best to get ebay to remove this auction.

the problem is that is obviously corrwect by the e-bay. I feel sorry for those who doesn't read the description correctly. Once I was in the same trouble with this card, but I checked beckett, and check the card's number.
But I gree with you, these sellers have to be banned. Definetly wrong for the hobby.

I totally agree, nowadays you have to read every single word in the description just so you don't get ripped off!

It is a cheap and sleazy little trick - like guys that promise a redemption card FS but don't specify whether or not it's been unredeemed - but I have doubts that eBay would do anything about it, particularly since he does note, albeit however late, that it is the checklist and not the regular YG. If people are too lazy to actually read a paragraph-long blurb, well, my sympathy is limited.

By the time ebay reads my listing violation this card will be sold.
I emailed the seller and told him exactly what he was doing. His reply was.
"Do you have a question?"
