Any IHL Fans around here?
Welp... another IHL season has began and i really feel sorry for any non-Komet fans out there as we will take the cup again this year. We havea lot of our solid players back with the exceptions of Jake Pence who is now at Flint (Why you would want to go to Flint is beyond me) and Curadeau who is now with the K-Wings i believe, Who i was never high on anyways as he seems to have a lot of turnovers for each thing he does well...
We still have MacDaddy ready to beat the tar out of anyone else in the league, Still have Huck, and Bertram (the biggest softie out there), Still have the best Goalie in the league, Varone is still there to mix it up. Still have the old timers, Guy Dupris, PC Drouin, Colin Chaulk, and My favorite Komet Leo Thomas.
Any other IHL fans out there?

I was an old-school IHL fan. Grew up with that hockey. I'm talking Saginaw Gears/Saginaw Generals/Saginaw Hawks era...

i'm in kalamazoo and glad the wings made the jump to the ECHL. 3-0 so far this year. nice improvements to the dump arena too. new playing lights and glass are really nice too, get to try them out first hand tonight in my beer league game.

Just got back from the home opener at the Jungle and Komets won 2-1. Couple new guys got their first professional goals. There were a couple good fights and caught a puck which is always pretty cool.... till tomorrow when the beer wears off and i can feel it lol. Anyways... Hope we have a good season!
