Al Jefferson out indefinitely
The Timberwolves will be without forward Al Jefferson indefinitely because of an injured Achilles' tendon.
Minnesota is already without forward Kevin Love for six to eight weeks because of a broken bone in his hand.
Jefferson didn't practice on Monday because of a sore Achilles after the injury limited him to just six minutes against the Bucks on Saturday night.

Man alive, can the Timberwolves catch a break? Our starting frontcourt is now out, with Kevin Love breaking his hand last week...
Hope he has a quick recovery!

Sorry Nathan, the Wolves are off to a rocky start. I see they have Cleveland, Boston, and Portland on their first two weeks.

Hello 0-15 start! lol I don't mind Boston, considering I want them to win it all...but man, it'd be nice if the Wolves could at least win 30 games again! *sigh*

Sounds like his Achilles' is doing better - he just has flu-like symptoms now...he's expected to suit up for the season opener on Wednesday.
