Display advice needed.
I'm about to get my "man cave."
I want to display some of my better cards in the room. I have a spot that doesn't get direct sunlight, and I figured that I'd get a case with the UV-protect glass. I'm a little hesitant though. Most of the cards I want to display will be autos, and I'm worried that they will fade, even with those precautions.
I'd love to have these cards out for people (and myself) to see, but if there's a chance I'll ruin the autos, I'd just as soon keep them in my lockbox in a closet.
I guess I'm just wondering if any SCFer has had any issues with displaying cards? Am I just being a freak about it? Any input is appreciated.

well me and my wife decided to put up small shelves in the dining room and display the cards, theres only 1 window in there and sunlight wont be a problem. As long as they are protected they should be fine, but wouldnt have them in direct sunlight, just in case

i have my cards displayed on corner shelves in a room with 1 window and no direct sunlight....i was a little hesitant ant first so i purchased magnetic 1 touch holders from pro mold to put all the cards on display in...these holders are guaranteed 5 year uv protection...and id say they look great, i figure why drop the $$$ on em if you're gonna keep em in a box
