I have a similar card. It was explained to me that the swatches came from a HHOF game jersey.

Not sure where you're seeing orange. My swatch is clearly blue, white, and red. Your swatch is red and white. What am I missing?

looked orange to me in the scan ,my bad, eiher way ill say again it is a bruins honorary swatch card !!!!! not hhof or anything else ,i personally think the manufacturer put a avalanche jersey in by mistake because there is no red and white in a bruins jersey just black and yellow

That's not a mistake.Read the back of the card. I have a Quad Jersey of Patrick Roy from a 08-09 box. Roy's in a Habs uniform but has the Avalanche Jersey colors. It says that the Jersey was worn during an Avalanche game.

Actually - UD places jersey from past teams all the time - Joe Thornton still has cards made from his Bruins Jerseys...and that was like 5 years ago

But - Good Luck on your offers

ok one last time //look at the card it is a boston bruins swatch ,he is not in his avalanche uniform and it has the bruins logo on the card as for the back it says the normal congradulations stuff and nothing about the avalanche it from 06/07 not 08/09 not a quad of patrick roy ,a game used is a piece of jesery ,a swatch is like a patch and ive contacted upper deck when i first got it and they verified it is a bruins card not avalanche and it is an error ,honorary swatches are suppose to depict the team the player is being shown (BRUINS)
