Anyone ever take pregnazone(a form of steroids)
The dr prescribed me this last week to help open my lungs back so I can breathe. I am now down to 40 MGs per day, down to 20 tomorrow through the rest of the week. It starts out making me real jibberish, hard to sit still, God forbid I eat as my appetite is not stopping once I start eating. Then comes the crashing part and I am getting so sleepy and still have 4 hours left to work.

My mom took prednisone initially for her COPD when it was in its most severe stages. It can have some pretty strong side effects, but when your lungs are weakened, it can be a necessity for awhile.
Also, just to note, corticosteroids are not the same as anabolic steroids to avoid any confusion some readers might have.
