    Heroes and Prospects

This might be a stupid question but whats the difference between the hobby version and the arena version? i rarely see the hobby's being auctioned on ebay, only BIT but i always see the arena versions. and it has the same stuff under the description, 24 packs, 5 cards, memorabilia 1:20, autos 1:14. I'm wondering cause i want to get another box but i've already gotten the hobby so i was thinking about going with the arena version. any help would be appreciated.

Arena version is like ITG's version of retail. The odds are less on the Arena version I believe. I got a box of 07-08 for like $17 just because I needed to open something and only got 2 inserts

I got really lucky with 07/08 arena... Opened 2 boxes, I got 1 auto in one box and 1 GU in the other. Not big names, but better than two inserts

nice...but there's a chance of getting it, which is the deal breaker here. plus the arena's probably only go for like $5 less than the hobby so i'll probably stick with hobby. thanks for the help.

if I remember correctly, the odds for an auto are 1:48 packs (2 boxes) and GU are 1:72 packs (3 boxes).

I picked up two boxes myself a while back and really lucked out though. pulled a P. Kane auto and Voracek GU in one box, and then a Schenn auto in the other.
