    I noticed a few recent successes via Kevin Elster. It said that a fee was required? Does anyone know the fee so that I may skip the initial return letter and get a success faster?

    1 dollar??? I guess I could handle that. That is very weird, but ok, guess if he opens 100 pieces of mail an hour, he made 100 bucks! Not major money, but I bet its pretty cool to sign your name and make money, even if its a dollar... After an hour of work, he could take the little lady to the olive garden!
