Never got a box of this cause i rarely see a good break...and that will probably continue this year.

of course del zotto is /99, so is anisimov for some reason...well at least gilroy will be affordable to pick up. but it seems like a good /99 class. a few other notes here:
-base cards actually look nice this year IMO. rc's have a really nice look too.
-fresh threads now include young stars along with rc's such as cogliano, ryan, stafford, etc...kind of odd but i guess it creates more demand for the rc's.
-a lot of the rc's are also in the glacial graphs set such as myers, del zotto, gustavsson, kane, etc...and of course tavares and hedman
-new set! rinkside signings, i guess this is better than pulling the straightforward glacial graph. but they only come 1 per case.
-another new set! the champions auto....what? i've heard of about 2 people in the whole set lol
-not sure if there was autographed versions of the fabrics last year but they're in this year! unfortunately it's back to only one jsy swatch per card
.

+1
But now that have that maple leaf in the background and the card border will be a red / white / blue setup - red white & blue for a canadian card eh?
And would it look better if the player Pictures sported them in their national colours?
Have to see the final product.

Pretty nice set... are they trying to load it up since the past two years have been pretty crappy?

I think the cards look really sharp this year, but I'm sure Ice will be Ice and still the most hit or miss product ever.

I love the looks of Ice this year. It's not something I would break since I'm saving my money for other breaks, but overall it looks pretty good.
Anyone else surprised to see the Stalberg RC /99? He had a good pre-season, but that's been about it so far.

Not too surprised... considering UD made Pogge a /99 in the Cup lol
