    Probably the same reason that people in Canada can't watch American television online either.

    I would assume any of the major networks. Just so I can find what they actually say, I just went to ABC and tried to watch an episode of 'Desperate Housewives' and this is what it said:

    "You appear to be outside the United States or its territories. Due to international rights agreements, we only offer this video to viewers located within the United States and its territories."

    I'm assuming it's probably the same way with CBC or any major Canadian network.

    You can if you check out ustream or other video cast on the computer. They will let ya watch a lot of CBC games.

    Hmmm... I can't watch it, either. CBC is carried by our cable company, though. Thought maybe I could view online as well...
