Yes we are talking straight edge. If you didn't already know, it means we don't use any substances. By the way bands that play nu-metal are closer to what you listen to than what Alex and I listen to. Nu-metal is like Slipknot and Disturbed.
I also think it's more about talent than being ****** off... for me anyways.
Like this song to me is lyrically stunning coming from a sense of strong faith, and is very powerful. Does that clarify your question a little?

I am a huge fan of faith in bands. Like, For Today, Oh,Sleeper, A Plea For Purging, Oceana. Just to name a few. My local scene has a lot of Christian bands.

Just got the new chevelle cd. Its so-so. Alot of the songs sound the same but there are some stand outs. I dont think they will make a better cd than wonder whats next IMO.

lol I used to like there stuff when I was really young, it's catchy... it just sticks around like RHCP does though.
