Anyone know what the individual base cards and inserts are going for?

the base cards are pretty cheap..... the inserts it really depends on what you've got. I've seen some of the spotlights go for close to $40 on ebay. The goaltending greats are selling for under $15 for a set.

The Pride of a Nation singles are going in the 15-20 range.
In The Spotlight vary by player - Ovy & Price are at the top of the food chain (pun certainly intended!)
Goaltending Greats are about $3-$5 per.
Base & checklists probably .50 to a buck a pop (3 packs per food item)
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...
