Tayshaun Prince out indefinitely
The Pistons announced Saturday that Tayshaun Prince will be out of the line-up indefinitely due to a small rupture of a disc in his lower back.
The injury was confirmed following an MRI exam and evaluation by team doctors conducted this week.

Tough break for the struggling Pistons...hope for his sake, and the Pistons sake, that he recovers fully and quickly.

This definitely sucks BAD. Hope he can get better really soon!

This is BAD news in Detroit, we dont really have a backup SF, expect the Pistons to play small for the rest of the year, possibly putting Rip or Austin Daye at SF for the rest of the year, Tayshauns first injury in his career couldnt come at a worse time

Dan...indefinitely doesn't mean he's done for the year...Big Al was out indefinitely, but returned in a week...could be a week, could be a month, could be the entire season...we'll probably find out more later this week.

If Tyrus Thomas can come back from a broken forearm in 4-6 weeks, Tayshaun will likely be able to come back sometime this season...

There going to need to fuse the disk, he'll be gone a while
