Well, then I guess some companies like big fines since Infinity Ward is cracking down on anyone doing so, and making them pay dearly.
Plus, supposedly it's impossible to ring them up since they're deactivated in all systems until midnight tomorrow. So I'm not sure how someone would get a copy early....but more power to them I guess.

yeah really its totally possible.. depending on where you live some countries even towns/cities will release early no matter what the given date is.

I believe i could get it from this Japanese store like 20 mins away from my house, but i dont want to drive all that way just to play a day earlier lol

Should be at my house on release date. I don't play multiplayer much though but I'll post just in case.

I'm not sure if it's the same with games, but I had an interview at Blockbuster and the woman told me that they actually recommend that employees take movies and watch them before the release date so they are able to accurately recommend or explain them to customers. I would assume they can take games too
