2009 Sweet Spot retail bust
Wow..won't be buying any more of these. I bought a Sweet Spot tin from Target for $30. Didn't get anything but base cards with the best being a Jeter. The rest of the cards were all commons and minor stars. Thought I'd at least get one of those memorabilia or autograph cards (1 per tin on average). Made me sick to my stomach....
I should have known that with UD's little fine print "one per tin on average" that there was a good chance I wouldn't get anything. Target wouldn't let me swap the tin out either since I broke the seal, but I guess you wouldn't know you got screwed unless you have a secret power that let's you see what's in the box before you open itLast edited by stewart20rulz; 11-09-2009 at 05:31 PM.

I would contact UD, the selling point on these is you get one auto or jersey.
When it says one per tin on average, it typically means you'll get one, but the wording means maybe you could get more.
I have never had any problem with getting the hit in these, typically the hit sucks, but there usually is something.

Man . Really bad luck there. My friend bought one of those and atleast he pulled an Adam Jones jsy. But man, I'd be real mad spending $30 bucks for nothing

Yikes... I thought my Thome jsy was bad. I'd at least contact UD on it. Worst that can happen is they confirm your suspicions that they're scum.

There's actually 3 packs in the tin...all were base except for one non-baseball anniversary insert so I did get an insert if you call it that. I have too much going on in life to bother with UD. They'd probably just send me some no-name GU anyway.

you're better off buying a pack of sweet spot for about $20. at least you're "guarentee" a hit in each pack.

Don, I thought you quick collecting after pulling your sweet cut auto a month ago. I mean, what's the point now? Are you really going to top that? :)
Sorry for the bad luck...disappointing for sure.
