OTTAWA — Steve MacIntyre, whose idea of a good meal is a knuckle sandwich, won't be digging in with the Edmonton Oilers any longer.

MacIntyre was put on waivers on Monday. If he clears, he'll go to the Oilers' American Hockey League farm team at Springfield.
