Hey everyone,

I am new to this site and would like to introduce myself. I am a middle-school teacher and have been collecting on and off since my middle-school years. My budget is limited and I would like to learn how to trade for the cards I want.
I collect Derrek Lee mainly. I have 375 different base and inserts in addition to 112 different jersey, patch, auto cards. I collect Derrek Lee because: he plays for the Cubs (my favorite team) and we have the exact same birthday. Same month, day and year. We are also the same height and weight. He just makes a lot more money than I do.

I also collect Greg Olsen, Jay Cutler, and Brian Urlacher. As you can see, I live near Chicago.

hey,im new here too i have a cutler leaf rookies n stars rookie card #'d out of 599,and a urlacher topps TX exclusive super bowl ticket card,looking for marino's let me know what else you have for trade. Thanks

A Derrek Lee Collector ? Dont see many Lee Collectors but I am sure you will be able to add to your player collection here on SCF.

Welcome to SCF! You should be able to find a lot of what you are looking for here. Theprofessor is also a teacher and he trades to get base cards to give out to his students as rewards.

You want to learn how to trade for the cards that you want. That is a question that I have never seen before. The only lessons I had were trials by fire and through various mistakes.

My best advice is to read everything. The more you know, the better trades you can make. SCF has an articles section here:
