Obama's 47 Percent Approval Lowest of Any President at This Point
President Obama already SMASHED records for highest deficits and now has smashed the record for lowest approval rating so quickly!
President Obama's job approval rating has fallen to 47 percent in the latest Gallup poll, the lowest ever recorded for any president at this point in his term.
Jimmy Carter, Gerald Ford and even Richard Nixon all had higher approval ratings 10-and-a-half months into their presidencies. Obama's immediate predecessor, President George W. Bush, had an approval rating of 86 percent, or 39 points higher than Obama at this stage

Don't try and compare the approval ratings of Obama to Bush at this point. You know that 86% was a BS number due to 9/11.

Why not? If Gore were President he would have done NOTHING after 9-11 and had a terrible approval rating. In my view Bush acted Presidential and got a high approval rating and Obama is acting like a Socialist and earned his low rating.
What is your excuse why Ford, Nixon and Carter have higher ratings?

Bush was a fool on 9/11. He had a huge opportunity to make real hisotry and start a great legacy and he blew it. I would agree the number were highly inflated by 9/11 and huge support from whom ever saty in the chair. And again I say thank you to a higher power for Dick Cheney!

[ ] - Shattered the record for lowest approval rating through 11 months
[x] - Broke the record by 2%
[ ] - I'm sure OP just forgot to mention that Ronald Reagan had the previous low score. (And Truman!)
[x] - Obama probably has had the worst opening 11 months in the last 70 years, maybe even longer. But it's been over 10 years since I took my American Presidency class in college so I can't remember.

If Gore were president, 9/11 would never have happened. Not because of anything he would have done or would not have done, but because Osama was counting on Bush doing exactly what he did. Osama got exactly the reaction he wanted: an unjustified intrustion into a majority Muslim nation that did nothing to us (and don't bother trying the standard conservative lie that Iraq was involved in 9/11) that would enrage the entire Muslim world and unify them against us. Furthermore, it's pretty presumptuous and inhumane of you to assume that any president would ever just LET something like 9/11 happen without doing something about it. If that's what you really think, and you're not just trying to throw around childish insults, then you most definitely have let your ultra-partisan, exclusionary, elitist, us-vs.-them mentality disconnect you from the real world.
And because I strongly suspect that is the case, I'm not going to bother explaining the real reason why Bush's approval rating was so high and why Obama's is so low, because I don't think you really care about or value the truth.

Is there such thing as 1000% of anything?

Terror can be done by anyone, It was Osama that declared war on the US. There is no worst terror than what a president can do to America than what is happening right now. People are in fear of what may become of this country. Sell out to China, Russia, Iran, or even Venezuela. Terror is becoming a slave to who ever you are in debt to, and I'm not saying names.

I would respectfully disagree. No matter whom was to be sitting in the office action would have been required. The American public called for and and they supported the action 100%.
