Well, there's no such thing as a high-end hobby box for $100. But you can get some decent mid-end boxes for around $70-$100. (Chrome, Prestige, Rookies & Stars, Gridiron Gear, etc.)

You can get 2007 UD Black (baseball) for around $100. You can also get 2007 Exquisite (baseball) for around $120. These prices are as of about a month ago when I checked out a show and I believe they both count as being high end products. The cards you get can be low end, but you can also get really sick stuff too.

2008 UD Ballpark Collection has come down to this range. If I was going to get a box at the $100 price point right now though, I'd probably pick 2008 Sweet Spot, but that has more to do with my own personal tastes.

as stated there are a lot of older high end boxes you can get for 100 bucks but be careful as the redemptions will most likely be expired.

For less than $100, you could pick up two boxes of 09/10 Bowman 48. I just broke a case of this stuff and pulled some amazing autographs. In each box, you'll pull 3 autographs and at least 24 numbered cards. You should check out some of the box breaks of this on SCF and judge for yourself.

The downside is that the player selection is limited (it's a 121 card set, with the last 21 being short prints - 14 rookies and 7 play cards). I've also heard people say that they don't like the design. It's based on the original 1948 Bowman product. The autographs aren't numbered, but I'm sure that there are a ton of each player. So I wouldn't expect this stuff to go up a lot in the future. However, if you want a chance to own a Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, Bill Russell, Dwyane Wade, Dwight Howard, Derrick Rose, O.J. Mayo, Dominique Wilkins, Rick Barry, Bill Walton, Jerry West, Chris Paul, or Carmelo Anthony at a great price... then this is a good option.
