What is wrong with Steve Mason!?
What is wrong with Steve Mason? 24 goals in 5 games! 4 goals in 12 minutes against the Red Wings!? Is it his sophomore slump or does he just plain suck? Post what you think. Thanks!

I think the Red Wings needed to come out strong after an absolutely embarrassing performance against the Leafs last Saturday night, and I think Steve Mason is a 20-year old sophomore (age or the "jinx" syndrome could effect him this season).

A lot of expectations for Mason this season....but he has been snakebitten by the Wings before. And this is the Red Wings.

gave up 7 goals before getting pulled...should probably get rid of my yg before it drops lol

o lol, i'm just getting it from nhl.com, actually says he gave up 8 goals...either way my yg is getting traded lol.

OMG he's totally useless! Trade him! He's a bust! More proof that Doug MacLean was a terrible GM, his entire scouting staff should be fired for wasting a 3rd round pick when we could have had Brad Marchand or Cal Clutterbuck instead! It's painfully obvious that Garon should be the #1 goalie!
Hmmm, just isn't as fun when it's not Montreal hysteria.

hes a kid going through a rough patch. he was one of the best, if not THE best, goalie in the league last year. he'll pull through.
